G&P is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco den Dekker as Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), supporting operating territories Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

Marco, who first joined G&P in 2017 as Group Business Development Director, is set to play a pivotal in ensuring the company’s CEE operations are built on a solid foundation to support clients. The appointment will strengthen the company’s ability to adapt to ever-changing market demands and reinforce G&P’s position as a trusted partner for manufacturing businesses in the region.

den Dekker comments:

“We are fiercely committed to amplifying our service offering for not just our existing customers, but to new prospective clients. I am looking forward to implementing a laser-focused strategy in CEE, and one that harnesses a customer-centric approach by addressing head-on the common challenges in quality management. Customers of the present and future can look forward to rapidly created tailored solutions, in the shape of highly-skilled engineers and vehicle technicians that are flexible in contract duration.

Finding staff quickly during the critical phases of NPD and launches is an enormous pain point that our customers frustratingly experience all too often. While permanent contracts come with lengthy recruitment processes, as well as limited flexibility to react to business requirements, G&P acts as an extension of in-house teams by recruiting professional engineers at speed and in volume. G&P’s vast network of engineers, allows us to provide high-quality, short-term support that our customers can rely on.”

The CEE division will continue to see substantial investment as G&P actively recruits specialists to join the next phase of growth. Customised solutions will be central to the region’s growth strategy, and aligns with the company’s vision for the future.

Geoff Cousins, G&P’s Chairman adds:

“Offering our clients the assurance of a network of skilled professionals who can be deployed quickly and effectively, maintaining the highest quality standards is the beating heart of what we provide as a business. The board and I are confident that Marco will leverage his expertise to build on the foundations that we have set up in CEE, to further improve our client’s quality management processes.

“We’re excited for the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to strengthen our global footprint,” said Geoff. “With the right foundation, leadership, and talent, we’re positioned to make a significant impact and help our customers navigate the evolving landscape of the manufacturing industry.”
