Our skilled team will author a detailed test plan that defines a stepped work instruction specifying the method, materials and equipment needed to accurately differentiate between OK and NOK components, before segregating and controlling the stock.

Rejecting non-conforming materials from a production process carries the cost of scrap, disposal, re-manufacture and shipping. We can help to mitigate these costs by reworking rejected components into a conforming condition.

Our test plans are risk assessed for health and safety aspects, as well as the integrity of inspection activity, before being issued electronically to our customers for approval. Once approval is given, our experienced inspection teams are trained in the specifics and deployed to the project.

The entire inspection process is underpinned by QTrak, our bespoke project management software, to ensure absolute operational accuracy and offer immediate inspection results, images and comments, transmitting them in real time to our customer portal.

Furthermore, the data collected as part of our inspection services can be analysed to provide valuable insights into the quality performance of the manufacturing process and supply chain, helping to steer both proactive and reactive quality improvement initiatives.
